  b. Upon termination of your Account, you will no longer have access to certain features of the Site, and any data associated with your Account may be deleted in accordance with Display Group Inc’s data retention policies.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password, and you agree to notify Display Group Inc immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

• Account Usage: a. You may only use your Account for lawful purposes. b. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any other individual or entity. c. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. d. Display Group Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

• Personal Information: a. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Display Group Inc’s Privacy Policy. b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to promptly update your Account information as necessary.

• Account Security:
  a. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password.
  b. You agree not to use another user’s Account without their permission.
  c. If you believe that your Account has been compromised, you must notify Display Group Inc immediately.

However, Display Group Inc retains the right to participate in the defense of and settlement negotiations regarding any third-party claim, complaint, demand, action, suit, or proceeding with counsel of its own selection, with you bearing responsibility for all costs incurred by Display Group Inc for such counsel.
